Admission Procedure, Regulation -

  1. A pupil who has attended any recognized school can be admitted only when a school Leaving Certificate is produced.
  2. Students from other states should have the school leaving certificate countersigned by appropriate authority. (State Education Department or the CBSE/ICSE Board).
  3. In case of a child who has not attended any school, the Original Birth Certificate must be produced.
  4. A pupil from an unrecognized school should produce an affidavit and also will also be examined in every respect and will be assigned the class he / she is fit for.
  5. Admission will be made after an interview of the child. Both the parents must be present with the child at the time of Interview.
  6. The required fees should be remitted to the office within the date specified at the time of the interview.

Period Admission-

Registration forms are available with school office in December each year. “The decision of the school administration regarding the admission shall be final.”

Age Limits -

  • The child must have completed 6 years of age at the time of application to Grade I- The child must have attained a minimum age of 6 years of the 31st July year in which admission is sought.
  • Other Classes: The minimum and maximum age for admission to all other succeeding classes will be calculated based on the age limits prescribed for grade I.

Birth Certificate -

Photocopy (duly attested) of the birth certificate preferably from Panchayat / Municipality and two copies of passport size photograph of the child should be enclosed with the application form. For admission to classes higher than Class I, Transfer Certificate from the school previously attended should be attached. The acceptable proof of age will be the Certificate of Birth issued by an authority competent to issue birth certificates or Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
